Built by one person and a hundred agents.
Coroid is an AI software factory from Stockholm. It turns clear specifications into verified pull requests, and it is built the same way: one person sets direction and reviews, and agents do the delivery.

Why Coroid exists
Writing code got cheap. Shipping software didn’t.
AI assistants can write a change in seconds. Someone still has to decide what is worth building, prompt each step, check each answer, test the result and stand behind it. With an assistant, that someone is a developer, working one task at a time.
So we built the whole line, not another tool.
Coroid moves the delivery loop into a factory. A clear specification goes in. Specialised agents plan, build, test and review it in isolated workspaces. A verified pull request comes out, with the evidence attached. People stay where judgement matters: deciding what gets built and approving what ships.
And we run the company on it.
Coroid is one human and more than a hundred agents. Direction and review are human; delivery is not. What we learn running our own factory goes back into the product you use.
“The future of software development is not about hiring more developers. It's about empowering the ones you have with an army of intelligent agents.”

What we build by
Five principles decide what goes into Coroid, and what stays out.
- Outcomes, with the proof attached
- We sell working software, and we show how it was made: the specification, the stages, the evidence and the approval path.
- Nothing happens out of sight
- Status, agent activity, decisions, checks, changed files and cost stay visible, so autonomy earns trust instead of asking for it.
- People make the final call
- Routine delivery is automated. Deciding what to build, handling exceptions and approving what ships stay with your team.
- Quality and security are part of the line
- Planning, building, testing, review, isolation and audit are one system, not add-ons bolted on at the end.
- Honest about where it runs
- Cloud, EU hosting and on-premises are different operating models. We describe each one as it is, including what is still in private preview.
What we promise
A young company has to earn trust. These are the rules we hold ourselves to on this site and in the product.
- No invented proofNo made-up testimonials, logos or benchmarks. Numbers we quote come from real work, and example screens say when their data is illustrative.
- Certifications only when they are realSOC 2 is a readiness target, not a certificate we hold. We will say so until that changes.
- Every cost on the recordEach task shows its tokens, model and spend. Paid model usage is passed through at provider rates, with no markup.
- Nothing merges without youAgents open pull requests. People approve them. That does not change with the plan you are on.
