Onboard an existing repository

We signed up as a new organization on the Free plan, with a private copy of Coroid Expo in its own GitHub organization. Claude Code followed Coroid's setup runbook, a person did only the steps a person must, and Coroid's first task ended in a pull request.

What was asked

Set up Coroid for this repository by following the published runbook step by step. Ask before changing anything, and never ask for a password or token in the chat. Then run a first task from New Work.

What happened on the way

The assistant's checks found two gaps every task would hit: a test that needs Helm, which Coroid's workspace does not have, and timeouts under parallel load. It fixed both in its setup pull request and added a section on working in Coroid to AGENTS.md. Coroid's first task fixed a third finding: the content check reported British English, which is derived from American English, as untranslated.

The outcome

Both pull requests merged. Coroid checked the repository's pull requests from the first hour, the assistant's and an open Dependabot one as well as its own, because the project was created with checks for the team's pull requests switched on. The first task ran on the Free plan's included models at no charge.

The record

  • Pull request #3Made by Coroid
  • Pull request #4Made outside Coroid
  • 1 task recorded in Coroid

The repository is private, so this record names its pull requests and does not link them.

Try it on your own repository

Your own assistant can set Coroid up. The onboarding walkthrough shows every step of a recorded setup, with its times.
