An accessibility pass, as a phased plan
One request asked for an accessibility audit of Coroid Expo beyond what axe checks, the fixes, an end-to-end test for each criterion and an accessibility statement. Coroid planned it in phases, ran the tasks, and verified every requested criterion twice: in each task, and again on the combined result.

What was asked
Audit the 2D mode, the map dialog and the HUD overlays for keyboard operation, focus order and visibility, focus return, reflow, forced colors and status messages, in American English and Arabic. Record each finding with its WCAG success criterion, fix it, lock it in with an end-to-end test, and write the accessibility statement the European Accessibility Act expects.
What happened on the way
Task QA sent several tasks back before passing them. Expo's own CI caught what Coroid's checks missed: the new strings were not translated, as the repository's AGENTS.md requires. One requested change ran the translation engine and fixed it.
The outcome
Merged: the audit and the accessibility statement, fixes across the 2D mode, booth page, map, chat, settings, passport, HUD and onboarding, a live-region announcer, and an end-to-end test for each criterion.
