From raw concept to a validated release.

Coroid converts approved product intent into automated factory tasks. Humans set the terms and grant approval where required; specialised agents plan, build, test, review, and learn from real-world evidence.

Five stages. One traceable contract.

Every stage produces evidence for the next. Approved artefact versions become the boundary for autonomous work, and material changes return to the right human gate.

  1. 01Beta

    Define

Prepare Work converts an ambiguous signal into approved intent, decisions, assumptions, and success measures.

  2. 02Beta

    Visualize

Generate optional UI concepts, refine the direction, and authorise structured design guidance prior to utilising factory capacity.

  3. 03Available

    Deliver

The Plan Agent breaks down the exact approved inputs, and specialised agents execute tasks in parallel factory lanes.

  4. 04Available

    Prove

Requirements map to tasks, checks, screenshots, review findings, pull-request changes, and release evidence.

  5. 05Available

    Improve

Sentinel, remediation, and continuous evaluations transform regressions and operating signals into the next governed cycle.

Discover prior to the factory committing resources.

The assistant inspects what Coroid can already learn, then asks only the questions that change scope, risk, behaviour, success, or design.

Image generation is always a human action. The confirmation shows the provider, model tier, variants, resolution, references, egress destination, and estimated cost before data leaves Coroid.

Discovery session / Checkout recoveryBeta

Product lead

Customers abandon checkout when a bank redirect takes longer than expected. Give them a recoverable path.

Prepare Work assistant

The repository already exposes payment status and retry eligibility. Should recovery preserve the basket across devices, and what completion-rate change defines success?

Decision recorded

Preserve the basket for 24 hours. Support mobile and desktop. Do not introduce a second payment intent without explicit confirmation.

Autonomy within enterprise boundaries.

Coroid applies the strictest organisation, project, work-type, risk, and compliance policy. Teams can escalate freely; controlled downgrades require an authorised exception.

Immutable versions
Approvals link to an exact SHA-256 digest. Editing creates a new draft, and any upstream changes invalidate dependent approvals.
Named approval roles
Product, design, technical, security, and release responsibilities can be assigned independently, including regulated separation of duties.
Evidence lineage
Intent outcomes, requirements, visual annotations, tasks, tests, screenshots, findings, pull requests, and releases stay interconnected.
Synchronous policy gates
Sensitive agent and media actions receive an immediate allow, ask, or block decision. External edits become import proposals, never silent overwrites.
Coming soon

Bidirectional Jira, ServiceNow, and Figma-style revision imports with explicit conflict proposals.

Provide your automated factory with a viable contract to follow.

Begin with a single product signal. End up with approved intent, precise design context, an automated plan, and evidence that tracks the work through to production.
