Invoices and payment history are located under Settings → Billing → Billing history.
Invoices
Each billing period generates an invoice covering your capacity commitment (slots) and any credit top-ups bought during that period.
Model usage under BYOK does not appear here — that is billed directly by your provider. Only credits purchased via Coroid show up.
Invoices can be downloaded and include the organisation details used for tax purposes. Correct these before an invoice is issued rather than after, as reissuing an invoice takes longer than editing it.
Payment methods
Payment methods are managed via the billing portal, which is accessed from the billing settings. Card details are stored by the payment processor, not by Coroid.
Keep a secondary method on file if an interruption would cause disruption. An expired card is the most common reason for avoidable service interruptions.
When a payment fails
A failed payment does not delete any data. The process is as follows:
- The payment is retried.
- You receive a notification.
- If the payment continues to fail, new work stops being processed.
Projects, tasks, history, settings and repository connections are all retained. Updating the payment method restores normal operation.
Changing plan
Upgrades take effect immediately so the extra capacity is available straight away. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current period, allowing you to use what you have paid for.
Downgrading below your current usage — having fewer slots than you are running, or exceeding the single-project limit of the free plan — requires reducing usage first. Coroid will not silently discard projects or work to fit a smaller plan.
Cancelling
Cancellation stops future billing at the end of the period. Your data remains subject to your organisation's data retention settings — see Data retention.
Export anything you want to keep before cancelling. Settings can be exported as a portable bundle — see Export and import settings.
